After 9 years since that video where Pío López Obrador was seen receiving yellow envelopes for "the movement," the TRIFE simply dismissed the case. The magistrates unanimously voted to dismiss the complaint, arguing that neither the recordings nor the statements of the former president constituted sufficient evidence. Curious, isn’t it?
What’s concerning here is that these magistrates have constitutional powers to declare the Elected President in each electoral process, and their decisions are final. Basically, they control the outcome without anyone being able to challenge it. That’s how the

I've been closely monitoring what's happening in Venezuela's oil sector, and I just learned something quite interesting about the gasoline price increase in Venezuela. It seems that PDVSA is shifting tactics in a way we haven't seen in years.
Here's the situation: the Venezuelan government is trying to generate new revenue while seeking to attract foreign investment into its oil industry. To do this, they started introducing premium gasoline at some stations in Caracas, and here's the interesting part—they're selling it exclusively in dollars. We're talking about roughly double the price of re

I just found out that many of the modifications made during auto tuning might not pass the VTV inspection. It turns out that most of the changes you see on those cars with spoilers, lowered suspensions, and powerful exhausts end up being a problem when it's time for inspection.
What I didn't know is that the VTV doesn't reject you for customizing the vehicle, but for failing safety and emissions standards. The issue is that those cut exhaust pipes that produce a loud sound, or the modified suspensions that significantly lower the car, can lead to observations. There's also the matter of lights

I can't believe Tom Felton went to see Daniel Radcliffe on Broadway and they met up after 14 years. The Harry Potter images Felton shared on Instagram are incredible; that hug says it all. They are at the Hudson Theatre, and it’s clear that the affection between them remains intact, as if no time has passed.
The best part is that Felton is in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Lyric Theatre, and Radcliffe is performing his one-man show in the same neighborhood. They shared a warm hug after the show and even posed together with the marquee in the background. The comments on the post explo

Dude, I just saw that on MasterChef they eliminated two contestants at once. La Joaqui and El Chino Leunis had to leave on the same day, it was pretty intense. They were practically in the semi-finals, and boom, double elimination. The dish they were asked to make was a Beef Wellington, one of the most difficult dishes out there. Donato, Martitegui, and Betular tested five contestants and then chose Emilia Attias and El Turco for the final. La Reini, El Chino, and La Joaqui were left in a head-to-head, and well, La Reini made it through. Honestly, it was emotional; the contestants were hugging

I've been observing silver for a while, and the volatility we've seen lately is simply brutal. The spot price of silver recently dropped from over $120 to a low of $63.90, but then rebounded strongly to $77-78 in just 24 hours. Intraday movements of more than 9% are not normal, so something significant is happening in the markets.
The interesting thing is that the spot price of silver seems to be finding support around $72-73. I've seen several traders pointing to this zone as key — if it breaks, it could fall back toward $60, but if it holds, the next major resistance is at $92. A sustained c

I recently dove into making kimchi, and honestly, preparing it at home is much easier than it seems. The truth is, once you understand the basic process, almost anyone can do it without much trouble.
The first thing you need to know is that kimchi is that incredible Korean fermented dish that combines col napa with a bunch of flavors: garlic, jengibre, that ají coreano spicy that they call gochugaru, and salsa de pescado. The final result is something between spicy and tangy, depending on how long you let it ferment.
I started by gathering all the ingredients: a col napa, a pera, half an cebol

I just checked the calendar, and it turns out that the 2026 Carnival holidays in Argentina are on February 16 and 17. Basically, we have four consecutive days off if we add the weekend, so many people are already planning something for those dates.
The interesting thing is that these 2026 Carnival holidays are fixed, meaning if you have to work on those days, you’re entitled to double pay. The law guarantees it, so at least there’s that.
For those who didn’t know, Gualeguaychú in Entre Ríos is the epicenter of the celebrations here. The parades and floats are impressive. In Buenos Aires, there

I just found out that something pretty crazy happened with the full moon in March. It turns out that on the 3rd there was a total lunar eclipse, not just a regular full moon. Literally, the Earth was between the Sun and the Moon and completely covered it with its shadow. That’s why it looked red, like a Blood Moon, which is what they call it when it takes on that coppery hue.
The interesting thing is that here in Argentina, it was perfectly visible. The full moon in March rose around 7:34 PM and was visible until the next morning. Also, it turns out that the Indigenous peoples of North America

I just was on Line 7 of the subway and it was unbearable. Delays of over 25 minutes, crowded people in Polanco and Tacubaya as if there were no tomorrow. I don’t know what’s going on, but they took a train out for maintenance and obviously everything got worse.
The strange thing is that according to the Metro, they will speed up the service in the next few minutes. In the meantime, Line 7 remains a chaos. And it’s not the only one, huh? Lines 1, 2, 3, 8, and the A also have high ridership. Basically, everything is packed.
If you need to get around the city, better plan your trips in advance. O

Recently, I was researching natural options to control triglycerides without relying solely on medication, and honestly, I found several quite accessible alternatives that really work.
The first thing that caught my attention was discovering that elevated triglycerides are directly related to our consumption of sugars and fats. So if we want to lower triglycerides naturally, we need to start there. But what's interesting is that there are very simple home remedies that can help us achieve this.
One of the most impactful for me was pineapple and orange juice. It seems simple, but these two ingr

I just saw that Dogecoin futures flows plummeted 3,030% in the last 12 hours. The market is quite tense right now, with traders closing positions and adopting a very defensive stance. According to CoinGlass, futures outflows reached $234 million while inflows were just $222 million.
The thing is, Doge has been falling nonstop for three days. On March 19, Elon Musk posted that AI-generated video where his avatar appeared holding a Shiba Inu ( the same one that inspired the Dogecoin logo ) reciting lines from The Godfather, but that didn’t even stop the decline. Dogecoin dropped to $0.091, and a

There is a very interesting sports history story involving a classic showdown that changed the landscape of soccer competition between Mexico and the United States. In 1934, during the World Cup qualifiers held in Italy, the US and Mexico fought fiercely in Rome for a ticket to the tournament. The match ultimately ended with the US defeating Mexico 4-2, but the real star was an American forward named Aldo Donelli, who scored all four goals in that game, directly crushing Mexico’s World Cup dreams.
Speaking of Aldo Donelli, his background is quite unique. He was born in Morgan, Pennsylvania, in

If your cat is sneezing constantly, you probably wonder what's going on. It’s not always serious, but it’s definitely worth paying attention because sneezing in cats can hide several different issues.
The first thing you should know is that sneezing in cats can be caused by viral respiratory infections like calicivirus or feline herpesvirus. These viruses affect the upper respiratory tract and are usually accompanied by nasal discharge, tearing, and sometimes fever. Since they are highly contagious among felines, if you have multiple cats at home, this is something to keep in mind.
Sometimes,

Hey, I just found out something worth knowing. It turns out that in Mexico, there are quite a few counterfeit bills circulating, especially the 500, 100, and 200 peso notes. Basically, the ones we use daily, so anyone can fall for it.
What surprised me is that if you're caught with one, the bank won't reimburse you; they just keep the money. And if you try to use it intentionally, that's a federal crime... up to 12 years in prison. No joke.
Now, identifying a fake bill is easier than it seems. The first thing is to feel the paper: authentic bills have a polymer or cotton texture, not smooth li

Recently, having your partner stay in contact with an ex was almost a synonym for alarm. Jealousy, fears, insecurities took over the relationship. But now something has radically changed in how we see this. Many people interpret that someone can get along well with their ex as a green flag, as something positive that indicates emotional maturity and the ability to close chapters without resentment.
This change says a lot about how we understand breakups today. In Spain, having ex-partners is completely normal. According to the CIS report on Sexual and Partner Relationships of 2025, the average

I just found out that Presidents' Day, celebrated on February 17th in the United States, has quite an interesting history. It turns out it was originally only to commemorate George Washington, but later Abraham Lincoln was also included. The curious thing is that Washington has two birth dates recorded due to the calendar change centuries ago.
What caught my attention is that before 1971, this celebration was held on different dates depending on the state. It was only when federal holiday laws came into effect that they decided to unify it on the third Monday of February. So now it’s a fixed d

I have been exploring the cenotes of Mexico for years, and honestly, these are the ones you definitely have to visit if you want to understand why this region is so special.
Let's start with the most accessible ones. The Cenote Azul in the Riviera Maya is perfect if you're looking for something calm and well-lit. It’s 25 km south of Playa del Carmen, surrounded by vegetation, and it’s common to see fish and iguanas swimming. The good thing is that from there, you can visit several cenotes in the same day. Very close by is the Garden of Eden, which has water of a crystal-clear green color that

I've been observing something for a while that probably many are not seeing clearly: the US dollar, the currency that for decades was virtually untouchable in global trade, is losing its centrality in a way that can no longer be ignored. And this is not an isolated phenomenon or a passing trend, but a structural reconfiguration of the global economic order.
The interesting thing is that de-dollarization is not caused by a single factor. If you analyze it carefully, you see that several factors are converging simultaneously. Financial sanctions demonstrated that the dollar can be a political we

Hey, I just checked how many days off you get based on your years of service, and it varies quite a bit. If you've just started at a company, you only get 12 days, but if you've been there for years, it changes. Look, for each additional year, you get 2 more days until you reach 20. After the sixth year, it continues to increase but more slowly—2 days for every 5 years worked.
Here's the full table so you can see how many vacation days you're entitled to: first year 12 days, second 14, third 16, fourth 18, fifth 20, from sixth to tenth 22 days, from 11 to 15 years 24, from 16 to 20 years 26, f
