Marathon Digital Holdings is acquiring Long Ridge Energy for $1.5 billion to expand its AI data center capacity. The deal includes a 505 MW natural gas power plant and 1,600 acres of land in Ohio, providing over 1 GW of power capacity to support future AI and IT infrastructure buildout.
