Gate News message, April 15 — FTSE Russell announced the launch of the FTSE Asia Pacific Liquid Government Bond Index Series, tracking sovereign debt instruments across five markets: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
The index series offers three maturity options: 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year tenors.
Singapore Exchange is expected to begin trading futures products based on the index series on April 20, marking the first government bond futures to be listed on SGX.
