Gate News message, April 16 — Quantitative AI trading platform AlphaNet has secured $10 million in seed funding led by private equity firm Joffre Capital, with participation from venture capital firm Huashan Capital and an Asia-based quantitative trading consortium. The funding marks the platform’s preparation for a public launch, transitioning from invitation-only whitelist mode to open access.

AlphaNet provides institutional-grade quantitative trading strategies through an end-to-end platform featuring a strategy marketplace, one-click deployment, proprietary trading algorithms, and real-time portfolio management tools. Currently, the platform offers over 30 high-Sharpe strategies with a 98% user retention rate. All strategies are sourced from Tensor Investment, the Asia-based prop trading firm that incubated AlphaNet.

By the end of Q2 2026, AlphaNet plans to launch its Open Platform, enabling other prop trading teams to integrate their quantitative strategies. The company expects to expand to 100+ strategies on the platform and is developing an agentic system for personalized strategy selection and automated deployment. Joffre Capital brings operational expertise from its portfolio including Investing.com and Coins.ph, while Huashan Capital contributes scaling expertise from investments in companies such as Airwallex and Moonshot.ai.
