BlockBeats News, December 18 – Norwegian travel retail company (TRN) announced that Bitcoin payments are now accepted at Oslo Airport. The payment solution is provided by Satoshi Consult, which has developed a compliant solution according to Norwegian regulations. Currently, the scheme is only available for in-store pickup orders upon arrival in Oslo, but Norwegian travel retail company (TRN) is considering expanding it to other stores and payment methods. Using Bitcoin for payments does not incur additional fees, but network or platform fees may appear in customers’ wallets.
