According to Foresight News, the Astar community has released a proposal to “reactivate Astar's Coretime automatic renewal”. The proposal includes initiating an XCM call to the Coretime system chain on Polkadot through Astar to reactivate the automatic Coretime renewal mechanism. Once effective, Astar Core 38 will implement a 28-day automatic renewal, ensuring the continuous operation of the network without the need for manual or governance-driven renewal operations. Currently, the Astar sovereign account still holds approximately 300 DOT, and this reserve will be optimized for use at the current rate, providing about 2 years of保障.
