The cholera outbreak in Chad has caused over a hundred deaths.

Jin10 reported on September 7 that the Ministry of Public Health and Disease Prevention of Chad announced on September 5 local time that the cholera outbreak in the eastern provinces of the country has resulted in 113 deaths. The Chad Public Health Emergency Action Center reported during the cholera response meeting that on that day, a total of 1,631 suspected cases were reported in the eastern provinces of Wadi and Sila, with 113 deaths.
