New World subsidiary Hong Kong Starry Payment has obtained the US MSB payment license.

Gate News bot message, according to the announcement from Newland Digital Technology Co., Ltd., its holding subsidiary Shanghai Shanhao’s wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Xingyi Payment has established a subsidiary NovaPay US Inc. in the United States for 1 US dollar. The company has obtained the MSB (Money Services Business) license issued by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) under the U.S. Department of the Treasury. According to the license, NovaPay US Inc. is authorized to conduct forex trading and fund transfer services.
