Event Details

Event 1: Exclusive "Trial Protection" for New Users

During the campaign, if you are a new user making your first BNB Chain trade on Meme Go, and your first closed order (buy and sell) results in a loss with a transaction amount of at least 100 USDT equivalent, the platform will fully reimburse the gas fees and slippage losses for that trade (up to 5 USDT equivalent in tokens).

• Reward Rules: Limited to the first 400 eligible deduplicated devices (based on the order of first closed trades), on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Device Deduplication Rules: If multiple wallet addresses on the same device ID participate as new users, Gate Web3 will grant only one new user protection qualification per device ID. The qualification goes to the wallet address that completes the first closed trade earliest on that device; other wallet addresses created or linked to the same device will not be counted.

Event 2: Invite Friends—Earn 30% Trading Commission and 20% Self-Commission

Visit the Gate Web3 invite friends page to generate your invitation link and invite friends to bind your referral code. You can earn a newly launched 30% trading commission. If your friend uses a newly created wallet and binds the inviter’s code within 7 days, they will receive a 20% rebate on trading fees. If no referral code is bound, the 20% trading fee rebate will not be awarded.

• Note: Rewards for inviting friends are strictly based on actual trading volume. Multiple addresses on the same device are considered valid for genuine trading volume, and device deduplication is not applied to the commission program.

Event 3: BNB Chain "Ultimate Shield" Challenge (Prize Pool Cutoff System)

During the campaign, users who trade BNB Chain tokens on Meme Go will be assigned a "shield level" based on their cumulative trading volume. If, at settlement, a user has a net loss overall, the platform will issue compensation according to the corresponding shield level’s ratio and cap.

1. Shield Levels and Compensation Parameters:

1. Reward Distribution and Cutoff Rules

• Total Budget Cap: The total subsidy budget for this event is capped at 20,000 USDT equivalent.
• Priority Distribution: Before the budget is exhausted, eligible deduplicated devices will receive compensation as per the rules. If the budget cannot fully cover all qualifying users, the system will prioritize users with higher cumulative trading volumes. If trading volumes are equal, rewards will be distributed based on the order in which users met the requirements.
• Cutoff Mechanism: If high-volume users consume the entire budget, subsequent qualifying devices—even if they meet shield level requirements—will not receive compensation (no additional budget will be provided).

1. Device Deduplication Rules

• If multiple wallet addresses on the same device ID participate in trading: Gate Web3 will grant only one shield qualification per device ID, based on the wallet address with the highest cumulative trading volume during the campaign. Other candidate addresses created on the same device will not be counted.
• Example: Device A has addresses a1 and a2, both of which traded and incurred losses. If a2’s cumulative trading volume during the campaign is highest and meets the Diamond Shield standard, then device A’s "shield subsidy" qualification will be assigned to a2, and a1 will not occupy a slot.

Important Notes

1. Participants must click the "Join Now" button on the event page to register and qualify for rewards.

3. Anti-abuse Mechanism: The system will automatically monitor for wash trading, abnormal fund transfers, and extremely short-term deposits/withdrawals. If a device is flagged for compliance review or suspected cheating, Gate Web3 reserves the right to mark and exclude abnormal addresses from compensation, and may cancel such slots and reassign them to the next eligible device (without further notice).
4. Net Loss Definition: Net Loss = (Total BNB Chain token purchase cost + trading fees during the campaign) - (Total selling value + BNB Chain token holdings value at campaign end). If the result ≤ 0, it is considered a profit or no loss, and no compensation will be provided.
5. All airdrop rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
6. Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices, including but not limited to wash trading, self-trading, mass account registration, or other abnormal participation methods.
7. If a user participates in multiple campaigns during the same period, only one airdrop will be awarded, based on the highest eligible airdrop. The platform reserves final interpretation rights for this campaign’s terms.
8. In case of any discrepancies between the translated and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
