The Smarter Web Company Completes $2M Private Placement Share Offering

Gate News message, April 21 — The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based Bitcoin treasury company, announced the completion of a private placement of 4,286,410 ordinary shares, raising approximately 153.74 million pounds (approximately $2 million, before fees), at approximately 0.36 pounds per share.

The company expects to retain approximately 98.25% of net proceeds. As of the announcement, 52,377,540 ordinary shares remain unallocated under the subscription agreement.
