According to Ghostty founder Mitchell Hashimoto, on April 29, the terminal tool will gradually leave GitHub due to frequent outages affecting the team’s development efficiency. The migration decision was finalized this week after months of planning. The target hosting platform has not yet been disclosed, and existing repositories will be retained as read-only mirrors.
