المفوضية الأوروبية تشترط تغيير المتعاقد في مشروع مترو لشبونة بسبب مزاعم إعانات صينية

رسالة أخبار Gate، 21 أبريل — أعلنت المفوضية الأوروبية في 21 أبريل أنها قررت، استنادًا إلى (FSR) الخاص باللوائح المتعلقة بالإعانات الأجنبية، طلب استبدال مقاول صيني من الباطن ضمن ائتلاف يعمل على مشروع مترو لشبونة، مستشهدةً بادعاءات “إعانات مُشوِّهة.”

The China Chamber of Commerce in the EU expressed strong opposition and deep concern, stating that the decision violates principles of proportionality, non-discrimination, due process, and rules-based transparency. The chamber called on the EU to immediately correct the measure and avoid undue interference with market participants.

The chamber reiterated its commitment to maintaining an open, transparent, and rules-based business environment, and expressed support for stakeholders to take measures to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
