Bitcoin/Ethereum has been in narrow range consolidation since the sharp decline in early morning yesterday. The decline touched 67300 and 2024 in the early morning hours, with noticeably weakened bearish momentum. Current price has rebounded somewhat, with the four-hour candle closing above 68000 and 2050, showing signs of further stabilization. Following the pullback long positions mentioned yesterday evening, we added to positions on any dips to lower the average cost. Currently, the average cost is around 68000 and 2050, so patience in holding is advisable.
Since the high pullback, Bitcoin and Ethereum have shown wide-range oscillation, with single-direction probability being quite low, continuing to oscillate within the range. The daily level shows weak oscillation, with the daily K-line forming a dark cloud cover pattern at the high. Breaking through key support at 74000 and 2200, MACD green histogram beginning to turn red, DIF turning downward, trading volume contracting, short-term momentum is relatively weak. However, the short-term shows signs of stabilization. If it can consolidate above 68000 and 2050, there is opportunity to rebound and test 71000 to 72000 and 2160 to 2200 nearby. Once it continues probing the early morning low of 67300 and 2024, there is risk of breaking below 66000 and 2000.
