The current world has already been divided into two camps:

One camp, with China at its core, advocates free trade and openness and inclusiveness. Daily decision-making is based in Beijing. It is referred to as “NATO.”
The other camp, with the United States at its core, advocates a planned economy, a human-managed allocation of the industrial chain, and closing itself off from outsiders. Daily decision-making is based in Washington. It is referred to as “Warsaw Pact.”
