Recently, Greentown Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. has undergone an important personnel change. According to information from the Tianyancha App, the company’s legal representative, chairman, and general manager positions have all been changed from Guo Jiafeng to Geng Zhongqiang.

Public information indicates that Greentown Real Estate Group was established in January 1995, with registered capital of 10 billion yuan RMB. Its business scope covers real estate development, operation, and management, and it is currently wholly owned by Caizhi Holdings Co., Ltd. Prior to this personnel adjustment, signs of changes in the company’s management had already appeared.

Media reports previously stated that Greentown China announced in a notice that Guo Jiafeng had stepped down from all positions, including executive director and administrative general manager, due to reaching retirement age. In addition to serving as the legal representative, Geng Zhongqiang, the successor, will also act as the administrative general manager to comprehensively oversee the company’s daily operational management. This management reshuffle signals that Greentown Real Estate Group has entered a new stage of development.
