If you're on the SRD R370, you can do most of it online through their portal—just need your ID number and they'll send you a link via SMS. But here's the thing: if you're trying to change from bank to cash send, your phone number has to be RICA-registered in your name. That's the part that trips people up. For the permanent grants, you actually have to go to the office in person, bring your ID and bank statement, fill out forms. Takes forever but it's the only way. The deadline is usually the 15th of the month if you want it to kick in the next payment cycle. Pro tip: don't use any sketchy third-party websites claiming they can change your details.
