So I noticed that the last time we only talked about one thing — how to make money from blockchain gaming. And honestly, it’s no surprise. Mobile games where you can earn money are now everywhere, and their number is constantly growing.
Let’s start with the basics — how does it actually work? Blockchain enables digital items to have real value. Instead of just staying on your phone, you can sell, trade, and most importantly, earn from them. There are basically two main channels: either you earn game tokens through various activities, or you sell NFTs — your in-game items like characters, armor, or other gear.
Let’s look specifically at games that really pull this off. Axie Infinity is simply a phenomenon. When I learned about it, I was surprised to find out that in August, there were 1.8 million players. It’s not just a small thing — some players in the Philippines even earned enough to pay their rent. The game is actually quite simple — you have creatures called Axies, fight with others, breed them, and gradually build your team. There are several ways to make money — through breeding, fighting, or selling.
Another thing I like is Sorare. This is perfect for football fans. You collect digital player cards, create your team, and earn based on their performance in real matches. Each card is an NFT, so if its value increases, you can sell it. Plus, you receive rewards directly in the game — new cards or ETH. Sorare has really succeeded in involving the biggest football leagues, so it’s not just some small project.
And then there’s My CryptoHeroes. Here, you collect heroes, train them, and send them on missions. Rare items you find can be sold for ETH. You can win expansions, sell art on the in-game marketplace for GUM, or even sell the heroes themselves. It’s a more complex system, but that’s what makes it interesting.
Honestly, looking at the numbers — the global gaming market is expected to reach $268.8 billion annually by 2025 — it makes sense that some of that money goes directly to players. Mobile games where you can earn money are no longer just a trend; they’re a reality. If you have Trust Wallet and want to give it a try, there’s plenty to choose from.
