Hey, I came across a really interesting testimonial from a former SpaceX executive about Elon Musk that you can't miss. Dolly Singer, who was the head of talent there, described in a BBC documentary what it’s really like to work with Musk.

Basically, she said that joining SpaceX is like enlisting in a "naval engineering mission." Every day is a double test of body and mind. No comfort zone — if you feel comfortable, it’s a sign you’re not growing.

But what caught her attention the most was how she described his way of thinking. According to Singer, his brain processes information at a thousand times the speed of normal people. The way he solves problems is completely different from any engineer she’s known. She didn’t hesitate to say she believes Elon Musk’s IQ surpasses even Einstein’s — and that’s no exaggeration coming from someone who worked directly with him.

What makes all this even more impressive is that Musk isn’t just aiming to be good at what he does. He strives to be "the greatest engineer in human history." Working with someone like that means learning to handle constant anxiety and challenges that most consider impossible to solve.

This explains a lot about why he managed, in just a few decades, to bring electric cars, rockets, AI, and brain-machine interfaces to such an advanced level. For him, the word "impossible" simply doesn’t exist. While others see limits, he sees problems to be solved. And that’s exactly what makes all the difference.
