Method: The attacker is reported to have used "sophisticated" social engineering and technical maneuvers involving long-lasting nonces ( and Solana's ) specific transaction features.
Timeline: The hacker is suspected to have prepared over several days, creating the wallet since March 23. They successfully gained unauthorized access to the Security Council's administrative authority.
