Breakout & Retest Strategy (

Logical Explanation: Many beginners like to "chase" during a sharp price surge and breakout, but experienced traders usually wait for a "retouch." A breakout means the old equilibrium is broken, and a retest confirms whether the previous resistance level has turned into a new support level.

* Detailed Operations:

* Draw Key Levels: Identify horizontal resistance levels on the 1-hour or 4-hour chart that have been touched multiple times but not broken.

* Wait for Volume Breakout: Watch for a volume-driven breakout above the resistance level; do not rush to enter.

* Place Orders on Retest: Place buy orders near the original resistance level (now support).

* Stop Loss: Set slightly below the support level.

* Case Study:

BTC has been blocked around 65,000 for a long time. Suddenly, a large bullish candle pushes it to 67,000.

* Action: Do not chase at 67,000; instead, place a buy order at 65,200.

* Result: The price then pulls back slightly to 65,100, triggering your order. Subsequently, a secondary rally begins, giving you an excellent entry point with a high risk-reward ratio.

No matter which strategy you use, remember: the end of a contract is risk management. Even with a 90% win rate, if you don't set stop losses, a 10% failure can wipe you out.
