I just found out that Wanda Nara is selling her house in Santa Barbara, that well-known private neighborhood in the northern part of Greater Buenos Aires. Honestly, where Wanda Nara lives always sparks curiosity, and this property has a story: she bought it with Maxi López when they were married, and after their separation in 2013, it remained in her hands following a legal agreement in 2021. The price is around $2.2 million, no less.
The house is quite luxurious, really. It has three floors on a 2,200-square-meter lot with direct access to the neighborhood’s central lake. About 600 square meters of pure minimalist design, with those huge windows that look straight out onto the water. On the ground floor, there's the living room with a fireplace, dining area with garden views, family room, and kitchen with an island. Outside, there are two barbecue areas, an infinity-edge pool, and a private dock. Upstairs, there are four en-suite bedrooms, and the master suite is the best part, with a walk-in closet, Jacuzzi, and a terrace overlooking the lake.
But what’s interesting is that she’s already building her new mansion in Nordelta, which she says is her dream house. She showed the progress on Instagram some time ago, participated in every aspect of the design, choosing every detail. It seems that Wanda Nara’s current home is constantly being renovated. The host occasionally supervises the construction, and from the photos she shared, it looks almost finished. It has three floors, huge balconies, and windows everywhere to let in light all the time. She even highlighted that she made a spacious walk-in closet just for herself, for all her clothes and handbags. Honestly, it’s a pretty ambitious project. Do you think she’ll sell it quickly or stay in Santa Barbara a little longer?
