Hong Kong police: 15 people have been arrested in the 1 billion yen Virtual Money exchange shop robbery case.

PANews, December 23 - According to Hong Kong media Hong Kong 01, last week two employees from a Japanese company engaged in virtual money and luxury goods business traveled to a virtual money exchange shop in Sheung Wan, planning to exchange 1 billion yen (about 50 million HKD) packed in four suitcases for virtual money and HKD. However, they were robbed at knife point. The Hong Kong police have disclosed that 15 people have been arrested, among them 7 have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. They are currently tracking the whereabouts of the funds, and the investigation is ongoing, with the possibility of more arrests.
