He said it was regrettable that the Supreme Court failed to review the content of a program about the “birthright citizenship scam.” He said that if the Court had paid attention to the program, this “extortion scam” would not have been allowed to continue. Trump accused the Supreme Court of having already “lost badly” on the tariff issue; by catering to “haters and scammers,” it caused the United States to unnecessarily lose thousands of billions of dollars in potential tax refunds. He urged the Supreme Court to use its common-sense judgment, consider the interests of the nation, and said, “This country can’t withstand too many disastrous decisions from a court that seems to care nothing at all.”
