It has been learned from Xiong'an New Area that by the end of February 2026, the number of "Xiongcai Cards" issued has exceeded 17k. As an innovative extension of the Yan Zhao Talent Service Card, the Xiongcai Card is divided into three categories—A, B, and C—based on talent levels, providing tiered and precise services. Xiong'an New Area is also building a "one card, one code, one platform" smart service system to promote the digital transformation of talent services. Cardholders can enjoy convenient services and exclusive benefits such as household registration processing, transportation, and cultural and recreational activities. Currently, the "Xiongcai Code" has served over 190k people cumulatively. From seamless handling of living subsidies to quick access for high-frequency matters, Xiong'an is enhancing talent sense of belonging through refined services, making "where the heart is at peace, that is my hometown" a mutual pursuit between talents and the city.
