Edifier: Net profit of 431 million yuan in 2025, down 4.06% year-on-year

Edifier’s announcement: In 2025, operating revenue was 2.797 billion yuan, down 4.97% year over year. Net profit was 431 million yuan, down 4.06% year over year. The profit distribution proposal examined and approved by the company’s board of directors is as follows: based on the company’s total number of issued shares of 884 million shares, a cash dividend of 2 yuan will be paid to all shareholders for every 10 shares (including tax); no bonus shares will be issued; and no capital will be converted from the capital reserve fund.
