On April 4, Iranian Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian stated that Iran’s position on peace negotiations has been ‘distorted by U.S. media.’ ‘We are very grateful for the efforts made by Pakistan and have never refused to go to Islamabad. What we care about is whether this illegal war imposed on us can be thoroughly and permanently ended.’
