[Red Envelope] 0402: April's Opening Win: Beyond Aesthetics, Don't Even Glance | Plus Practical Tips: Bidding PK Simulation + Second Seal Security Explanation.
I’m Yi, a full-time stock trader.[TaoXiba]
In trading, aesthetics determine your ceiling.
My approach: focus only on the most active core, and refuse to chase passive, follow-along, arbitrage-style trades.
There’s no ambiguity here—only real-time, live trading “cannon fire” signals during the session and the logic for when to enter and when to exit.
If I can’t understand the stock, I won’t touch it; if I can understand it, I’ll hold it with a heavy position.
New friends: watch for three days—if you don’t get anything, please unfollow.
Alright brothers, April is off to a great start. Next, I’ll bring you today’s trade breakdown.
1) Take profit on Tongda Shares.
In the reply thread yesterday, I publicly shared a “one into two” opportunity for Tongda.
**
**
(Original text in the image: Tongda Shares, observe the one-into-two.)
The expectation given before the open should be for a one-word limit-up or a quick second limit-up.
**
**
Two reasons.
One is that yesterday Tongda’s strength was the highest among all two-board stocks, so today it should enjoy a high premium.
On the other hand, the grid-related news from the policy side is also a direct positive for Tongda.
It’s a matter of timing and destiny: in-session Tongda got a really bad limit-up board. Given the current market, I don’t really want to bet on the left side to fight for a possible “weak-to-strong” reversal tomorrow. So today I still choose to take profit.
**
**
2) Open a new position intraday in Beida Medical.
**
**
Here I’ll start analyzing for everyone from the early-morning order-flow.
First, in the current market, the sectors that can still rotate are medical, commercial aerospace, and power.
So today, it’s a question of which of these three can win.
First is the PK during the auction.
For the power sector: last night there were policy positives, but yesterday the stock that blew up the board, Tongda Shares’ rival?—Xingcan? (协鑫能科)—opened low in the auction. This capacity stock is like the “eyes” of the day’s setup; if the auction shows a stance, it means capital wants to continue building up a localized momentum that generates profits. But Xingcan’s low open basically means it was under expectations. That also defines yesterday’s first-board blow-up: it was only an oversold rebound, not something truly robust.
Next, look at the two leading stocks in power: Huadian Energy and Liaoning Energy.
Both lagged yesterday, so today they should have shown a stance in the auction. For expectations from off-exchange and on-exchange capital alike, today should be the day when both stabilize and close with a positive candlestick. But neither showed a stance in the auction.
Add to that Liaoning Energy’s cycle-related individual stocks—for example, Guangxi Energy—which are still opening extremely low. And Tongda Shares didn’t cap to a one-word limit-up either. So this auction indicates that capital doesn’t recognize last night’s positive news. The intraday state is still “sell only, not buy.” That’s why I sold Tongda in batches into the board.
For commercial aerospace: yesterday there was only one stock still holding up—Shenjian. At the tail end, it was making a clear “mingpai” bargain-shopping抢筹. So today it should actively show an attitude of an “open-and-reclaim” (反包). Otherwise, yesterday’s huge-volume chips are very easy to lose control of.
**
**
This was also made clear in the pre-market video this morning.
But in the early session, Shenjian auction-snatched shares (抢筹), combined with the bargain-snatching at the end of yesterday, and this auction-snatched behavior doesn’t have much of an expectation gap. There’s no surprise for off-exchange capital.
(The expectation gap is that yesterday there wasn’t a mingpai抢筹 at the close, or the situation was capital running away. Then onshore capital would panic, and today’s bargain-snatching would matter.)
So if Shenjian’s auction bargain-snatching lacks an expectation gap, you need to watch how it behaves at the open.
In the session, a fan asked my view on Shenjian; the original words from me were:
**
**
I told everyone earlier that, for me, Shenjian is not “proactive.”
In the early session, Shenjian was auction-bargain-snatching—then dropped on open—then passively surged; the followers were Zhongchao Holdings and Leike.
Here I’ll add the intraday spread/5-min view for everyone.
**
**
When you come to TaoXiba, the sentence I say the most is: “proactiveness.” Stocks that don’t have proactiveness have no trading value in a trading system.
So if you can see in the early session that Shenjian is clearly just following, then the rally here should only be a sell point, not a buy point.
So, alright: the early-session anchor for commercial aerospace is Shenjian. If Shenjian isn’t proactive, then there’s even less reason to look at commercial aerospace intraday.
Next let’s talk about medical.
Yesterday I said that in yesterday’s price action, medical looked a bit “abnormal.”
No matter which sub-branch, the essence is that this wave of market action was lifted by the profit effect from MinoV?—Minovo?—its連板. Meanwhile, the trend-style stocks Wanbangde and Jiu’an are actually weaker by a notch.
So today, Tianjin Yaoye topping one-word limit-up within expectations is something you should naturally look at MinoV’s feedback for.
MinoV’s five-minute move: it opened low, then rose and turned red. In my trading system, that corrects the abnormal condition from yesterday.
For Run Du?—the pre-market alternative—and what should be a one-word board normally: it opened around the 9% area. For both onshore and off-exchange capital, it counts as a performance that doesn’t meet expectations. But Run Du just so happens to be the strongest in the low-priced auction. So if you want to go in, you should hit the two-board (meaning you don’t buy the first board; you buy when it adds volume and re-closes after the first).
At the end of the auction, the replies also clearly confirmed the attitude: only the two-board in Run Du can be considered.
Here some friends ask: why are so many of the stocks I trade two-board setups?
**
**
The image explains it clearly: a two-board is essentially a consensus between off-exchange and on-exchange capital. On one side, it’s “healthy add-on volume” after extreme volume contraction; on the other, it also reflects the strength of the buy-side. So relatively speaking, a two-board has a higher margin of safety.
When you do short-term trades, first learn to protect yourself, then think about making money.
For example, again with Beida: I gave a signal at 9.48. Back then it was just lingering and always missed the previous limit-up by one step on the limit-up board. But I didn’t need to wait for it to come back and re-close, because I believe the margin of safety is already high enough.
First, the volume capacity in the first 15 minutes is already enough. The on-exchange and off-exchange turnover has basically swapped through once right on the limit-up board.
On the other hand, Wanbangde, Jiu’an, and MinoV are all in a state of intraday pulse moves. So here, as the only low-position stock with a two-board turnover value, Beida’s value becomes evident—so I directly said it can be bought/loaded.
And another reason to trade Beida is also the expectation to replicate the Liaoning Energy—Liaoning—state.
Today Tianjin Yaoye is accelerating, pulling up low-position first boards and trend stocks. But Tianjin Yaoye later must do volume expansion and turnover to sustain. With two straight days of acceleration, once it does volume expansion, it’s very easy to get smashed and turned worthless. So here you still need low-position acceleration as a supporting play.
If this script holds, then Beida normally should still have more than 20% profit. If the script doesn’t hold, then you can only sell on the spot to cut risk; the risk-reward ratio is still enough.
Doing business, trading stocks—what you’re really doing is risk-reward. One truth.
For medical: at the end of the day, the whole sector was抢筹 on the board. Tomorrow there’s a bit of an undercurrent risk. And for power, the pullback hasn’t fully cleared yet. So you still need to be cautious—prevent the possibility of an overall big sell-off for shorts. Prepare this contingency plan, and respond through position management.
After all, even if you look at our win rate being very high these days, the overall market environment has already reached a point that’s extremely difficult to trade.
Alright, that’s it for the article. Don’t think it’s short—every sentence is a piece of wisdom.
